The diamond core drill machine is mainly used for pressure-resistance and flexural test of cement concrete, asphalt concreteand limestone foundation cores such as highways, airports, ports, docks and dams. The concrete core drill machine adopts one machine multi-purpose (optional), which can drill core, core sample and core sample smoothing, greatly improve work efficiency and reduce equipment investment. It is an ideal engineering testing equipment.

Instructions:

  1. Install a hollow drill bit of the appropriate diameter.
  2. Move the drill hole to the required work place, fix the drill hole with the expansion screw, adjust the anchor screw to make the drill stable, or have a heavy enough bottom plate to fix the drill core machine to prevent the machine from moving when drilling the core.
  3. Connect the water source and check if water is flowing out.
  4. Start the generator and turn on the circuit switch.
  5. Rotate the handle to gently touch the drill bit. When the drill bit is cut into about 10mm, the handle can be pressurized to speed up the precession.
  6. After the cutting is completed, the rotation can be kept and the drill bit can be lifted. When the surface of the test piece is about 5mm, the power can be turned off, the drill bit leaves the surface of the test piece, and the water source is turned off.
  7. Remove the fixing bolts, disengage the core machine, and take out the sample with a clamp.
  8. When using, prevent the drill bit from hitting hard objects to avoid damage to the drill bit.

Precautions:When the concrete core drilling machine is drilling, ensure that the feed speed is uniform, about 3~5cm/min. If the drill bit is found to be stuck, the feed speed can be reduced appropriately. If necessary, the drill bit can be lifted for a while. Then slowly drill in, avoid hard drilling, so as not to damage the drill bit and the machine.Full water cooling must be maintained throughout the drilling process.During the drilling process, it should not be overloaded. When the motor temperature exceeds 70°C, (hand feel hot), the loading force should be reduced, and the new drill bit should be replaced.At the end of the drilling, the machine can only be stopped when the drill is released from the workpiece.


Concrete Laser Leveling Machine

Concrete laser leveling machine is mainly used for paving concrete for engineering buildings. It mainly uses the laser transmitter and the leveling machine to complete the leveling, vibrating and leveling work of the whole concrete. The concrete laser leveling machine uses a squeegee to take the raised shovel and initially level it to meet the design requirements. The hydraulically driven vibration motor generates vibration at a frequency of 4000 times per minute, which drives the entire vibrating plate to vibrate together.             The Pavement Grooving Machine Safe Operation Sequence:

            1. Before starting the machine, you must carefully check whether the tool and nut and the screws of each part are firm. If looseness is found, it must be tightened in time.
            2. Pay attention to the cutting direction when installing the tool, and do not reverse it.
            3. The main tool is turned clockwise.
            4. Before feeding the groove, first confirm whether the pneumatic device is open and press the workpiece on the movable push table and close the positioning plate, and the hand is not allowed to approach the knife edge.

            Operation and Maintenance Procedures:

            1. Check Before Operation:
            Before the test run, the coupling or shaft should be moved by hand to check whether the steering is correct and the operation is flexible. If the disc does not move or there is abnormal sound, it should be checked in time. Check whether the coupling is horizontally from the outside by hand. Check whether the position of the lubricating oil is near the center line of the oil mirror from the oil mirror hole on the bearing seat ( too much should be put off, too little should be added ), check the side and move, if the problem still exists, it is necessary to disassemble the pump for inspection. ( Please refer to the structural diagram and disassembly procedure on the instruction manual when cleaning the pump ) to clean up the foreign objects, and contact the manufacturer to negotiate a solution.
            1. Driving Steps:
            • Filling the pump with liquid.
            • Open the inlet valve in time ( if the inlet valve is a one-way check valve, no manual operation is required).
            • Turn on the power.
            • Open the outlet valve again.
            1. Run:
            If there is abnormal sound during operation or abnormality such as motor heating, stop the inspection.
            1. Shutdown:
            • First close the valve at the exit.
            • Cut off the power supply and close the valve at the inlet in time; ( if the inlet valve is a one-way check valve, no manual operation is required).

            1. Maintenance:
            • The lubricating oil in the bearing housing should be replaced regularly, and the normal condition should be replaced once every six months.
            • In the cold season, if there is ice formation after stopping the pump, first turn on the cooling water in the seal. If necessary, heat the water to thaw. Then move the coupling by hand until the operation is flexible. Then follow the startup procedure.
            • The pump with cooling water device should be connected to the cooling water before driving. When the pump is in normal operation, it can continue to be connected. If the conditions are not allowed, it can be stopped. The flow and pressure of the cooling water are not required. Tap water is can.
            • The operation of the pump when closing the outlet valve is called the closed-pressure operation state. The closing operation time of the whole plastic pump or the plastic-lined pump should be shortened as much as possible. The medium temperature medium is limited to not more than 5 minutes, and the high temperature medium is the most. Good not to exceed 2 minutes.
            • The pump of the middle split pump casing, such as the pump with the inlet of 150mm or more, the sealing plastic at the middle split surface, due to some changes in the thermal expansion and contraction size, the installation bolt should be tightened first, then the inlet is connected. Pipeline to prevent leakage in the middle face, this article is especially important for users in the north.
            • The pump cannot bear the weight of the inlet and outlet pipes. The shorter the inlet pipe, the better. The vertical height of the pump outlet to the valve should be as a short as possible.
            • Keep the water on the motor to prevent the motor from getting wet.
