3. When used in underground coal mine production, the parts in the safety standard list of the safety standard shall not be replaced by the user.
4. The machine is used to prevent long and large objects such as steel bars and iron plates from entering the rotor cavity during use to prevent accidents caused by the machine.

When the shotcrete machine is working on shotcrete, if there is no material to be sprayed out at the nozzle, thee are usually two situations:

First, when the pipe is to be blocked, the conveying pipe is not blocked, but the conveying condition inside the conveying pipe is deteriorated. At this time, the vibrator should be closed, and the mixing in the conveying pipe. The material is injected and the pressure in the pipeline is restored to the normal working range and then turned on.

Second, the pipe is blocked, the pipeline has been blocked, then the machine should be shut down, and then the pipeline should be cleaned. When the pipeline is confirmed to be fault-free, please restart the machine to resume normal operation.

Standard Operating Specifications:

The preparation of the operation:

1. Check whether the shotcrete machine is in good condition, and the power supply is running at no load. The friction plate is fastened and no air leakage is allowed.
2. Connect the fengshui pipeline, open the air supply and water supply valves, check the wind pressure and water pressure, and check whether the feng shui pipeline is leaking, leaking, and unblocked. If there is any problem, deal with it in time.
3. Check if the delivery pipe is damaged and replace the delivery pipe when there is damage.
4. Rinse the rock face with high-pressure water before spraying. ( The loose rock and expansive surrounding rock are strictly prohibited to wash the rock face with high-pressure water, and the crushed wind can be used to remove rock powder and gravel ).

Pay Attention to During Routine Maintenance:

1. Shotcrete accessories–sealing plate and rotor lining are the key parts of the shotcrete machine, we must pay attention to their maintenance, so as to ensure that there is no failure in the work.
2. The anti-adhesive cavity and the discharge elbow have anti-stick function, generally do not stick during work, but the rotor should be opened after the end of each shift, and the elbow should be inspected and cleaned.

5. Always observe the oil mark. When the oil is insufficient, it should be filled in time.
6. The oil should be replaced after 250 hours of work ( about three months ).
7. The rotor square shaft bearing grease should be filled in time ( the oil filling port on the top of the square shaft ). Every 8 hours of the shotcrete machine needs to be shut down for maintenance and repair to ensure that the spray rotating boom is running normally; when the spray stop time exceed 10 minutes, the spray gun and the slurry pipe should be cleaned in time, and the disassembly, cleaning, installation and commissioning should be strictly carried out according to the instructions. Use a spray gun to maintain the spray gun’s performance.
