The shotcrete sprayer is a concrete spraying machine unit that integrates spraying and feeding. It is mainly used in engineering construction in the fields of railway highway tunnels, water conservancy, and hydropower, subways, mine roadways, military installations, various underground construction, and emergency rescue. The basic process is to use hydraulic pressure to transport the pre-mixed concrete to the spray gun through the pipeline, connect compressed air and quick setting agent to the spray gun, and then spray the concrete to the spray surface at high speed to form the concrete support after rapid setting and hardening floor. Double Hopper Automatic Feeding Shotcrete Sprayer Features:

1. Double-bucket design, front hopper unloading, and rear hopper feeding, to ensure that the spraying machine works continuously for 24 hours!
2. The design capacity of the upper hopper is 6 square meters, and the front hopper is 2 square meters, which is convenient for vehicle scheduling!
3. The chassis is modified by the crane chassis of a well-known domestic automobile manufacturer. The double-layer beams have a large carrying capacity and are more suitable for various field operations!
4. Dual power design, the hydraulic outrigger, and hopper can be directly operated by the vehicle power output without power connection!
5. The hopper lifting and outriggers all use hydraulic power, with large strength, stable operation, and convenient and quick operation handle!
6. All the frames are made of thickened profiles to ensure the rigidity of the body and never deform!
7. The upper hopper adopts the design without a ladder, which is suitable for the unloading of various construction vehicles!
8. The addition of a quick-setting agent adopts a vibration type, the discharge can be controlled, and the quick-setting agent can be added quantitatively.
9. The front hopper can be turned over. When the front hopper is overturned, the spraying machine can be dismantled and repaired.
10. The rear hopper adopts a separate vibration mode to start vibrating when the spray slurry is wet and unloading is not smooth.
11. The control buttons of two type shotcrete machines are located on both sides of the machine body, which is convenient for the operators of each shotcrete machine.

Lifting Spray Gun

Operation Rules of Shotcrete Sprayer:

1. The auto-feeding shotcrete truck must be driven and operated by strictly trained professionals; drivers should keep the keys carefully, and non-professionals are strictly prohibited to drive and operate this equipment.
2. During the driving of the spraying vehicle, there is a command from the front and back of the vehicle, and no one except the driver can take the vehicle during the traveling process.
3. The sprayer must select experienced and skilled workers and perform the spraying operation outside the safe range.
4. Before the vehicle moves, the silo and accelerating agent hopper must be emptied, and the silo should be put in place on the silo frame.
5. It is strictly forbidden to move the automatic feeding gun before the lifting cylinder of the silo is fully retracted.
6. The vehicle must be disconnected from the external power supply and air source before moving.
7. After stopping the engine, the handbrake parking device should be pulled up to prevent the car from causing accidents; after releasing the support legs, make sure that the equipment is in a horizontal state and will not tilt or fall.
8. Check carefully before starting the equipment to ensure that there are no exposed wires, aging, leakage, short circuit, etc. to eliminate potential safety hazards.
9. Other personnel must return to a safe area before starting the equipment. It is strictly forbidden to stay, climb or stand beside the equipment, and it is strictly forbidden to stand under the hopper.
10. The operator must wear safety protection equipment before operating the equipment.
11. It is strictly forbidden to touch the operation device with limbs or tools when the equipment is in operation.
12. When pipe blockage occurs, it must be shut down in time to cut off the wind source and power supply to prevent pipe explosion.
