3. During the working process of the water well drilling rig, attention should be paid to the temperature changes of the moving parts at any time. The temperature rise of bearings, gears, oil pumps, oil motors, motors, etc. must not exceed 45 degrees, and the temperature at the oil tank outlet must not exceed 60 degrees, otherwise, the machine should be shut down for inspection and processed;

4. Observe the oil return pressure gauge of the pump station, and find that when the oil return pressure exceeds 0.35Pa, stop the machine to replace or clean the filter;

5. When the drilling rig is working, pay attention to whether there is oil leakage in the components of the hydraulic system, hoses, and pipe joints. If there is any fault, it should be dealt with in time;

6. When the drilling rig is working, in addition to the corresponding changes in the oil supply pressure, rotation, and propulsion speed caused by the change in the drilling load, the sudden and large increase in system pressure causes a huge change in the rotation and advancement speed. The agricultural drilling rig should be stopped immediately, find out the reason. Deal with faults;

7. When the drilling rig stops working, all operating handles should be placed in the middle position.

8. When the drill pipe is normally withdrawn from the drill pipe, the drill pipe must be clamped with a clamp or a rod clamp, and the person taking the rod must leave a safe place 1m away from the drill pipe before calling the drilling rig driver to operate The regulations require the drilling rig to be driven to withdraw the drill pipe. During the process of retreating the drill pipe, the rod taker and the driver of the drilling rig must cooperate closely, take care of each other, concentrate their energy, and prevent misoperations and exceptions.

9. When the connecting joint between the hydraulic shaft and the drill pipe is seized and cannot use the rod clamp or rod clamp, use a pipe clamp to clamp the drill rod, and use an extension rod (0.5-1m) to connect the pipe clamp (increase the torque) ), manually loosen the joint of the drill rod.

10. When the connecting joint between the water shaft and the drill pipe is bitten and cannot be loosened by the manpower with the pipe wrench, the pipe wrench can be used to clamp the drill pipe. 11. When the inclination angle of the drill rod is greater than 30°, the operator must not face the drill rod when dealing with broken drill rods to prevent the drill rod from slipping out during drilling and hurting people.
